The December 2017 and January 2018 public Board meetings have been canceled. Watch for announcements about whether or not the February 2018 meeting will be held. This decision was based on the fact that typically these meetings have very low attendance, the holiday season as well as potential for bad weather. The Board itself will meet and will be put out minutes of those meetings.
Fireworks: Fireworks are ONLY to be set off in the park on the July 4th weekend and ONLY at the ball park at the front of the park and not during quiet hours. Please be good neighbors. We do not want injuries to others nor cause damage to properties.
Mowing: If you receive a mowing letter and do not meet the deadline, the Park will mow your lot and assess you $100 for the service.
Golf Carts: Golf carts must be registered annually and this can be done at the park office. They must be registered by the end of April each year or a $50 fine will be assessed.
Garbage Dumpsters/Roll Offs: Please do not place any construction debris, appliances, tires, batteries, tree limbs or any type of metal or steel in the dumpsters or roll offs. There is a trailer near the dumpsters where metal items can be placed. All other items must be taken to the dump or limb yard in Sulphur.
SULPHUR LIMB YARD
There is a place on the south side of Sulphur that you can take tree limbs and dump them for free on Fridays only. When you turn onto Hwy 177 from Cedar Blue Road heading north to Sulphur the turn is about 2.1 miles. As you come down the hill going into Sulphur where the speed limit changes to 45 mph just before the right turn to the Veterans Center there is a left turn onto a gravel road that angles sharply back to the southwest. It is gated a short distance in when the yard is closed. On MapQuest it is listed as D3392 Road.
