Changes to Cedar Blue Park office due to COVID-19
Effective 7-21-2020, the Cedar Blue office closed to the public. The office hours of operation remain Tuesday - Saturday 8am - 5pm. To assist all property owners/guests/visitors, we politely ask, (when possible), to make a plan and call the office at 580-622-6302 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that Jackie and Tonya can expedite Cedar Blue business with limited waiting time. Phone calls to the office have increased and you may experience a busy signal when calling. There is the possibility that the office phone isn't answered before the message plays for call back. Should this occur, leave us a detailed message and we will return the call. Please be patient. There is a drop slot at the bottom of the door at the front entrance to the office for anyone who would like to leave correspondence. A picnic table has been placed in the parking lot adjacent to the outdoor deck of the office on the south side to conduct any business that requires face-to-face contact. Golf cart inspections will also continue at that location. Face coverings are required. Bring your own as the park office will not provide them. Please observe the Employee Only signs that are located on each stair step entrance to the covered porch area as this will give the required social distance.

Quiet Time: 12:00 am - 8:00 am
Credit Card Payments: Effective 6-19-19 a 4% fee will apply to all credit and debit card payments. Cash is not accepted.
Fireworks: Fireworks are ONLY to be set off in the park on the July 4th weekend and ONLY at the ball park at the front of the park and not during quiet hours. If they are set off elsewhere in the park and/or outside the recognized July 4th weekend, a fine of $100 may be imposed. Please be good neighbors. We do not want injuries to others nor cause damage to properties.
Mowing: The park has been making courtesy calls to owners whose yards need mowing and try to work with them. However, if the yard does not get mowed in a timely fashion and may be sent a mowing letter. If you receive a mowing letter and do not meet the deadline, the Park will mow your lot and assess you $100 for the service.

Please do not place any construction debris, appliances, tires, batteries, hazardous materials, tree limbs, any type of metal/steel, or items brought from homes outside the park in the dumpsters. There is a trailer near the dumpsters where metal items can be placed. All other items must be taken to the landfill either in Sulphur or near Ardmore or the limb yard in Sulphur. Cameras are installed in the dumpster area. Anyone caught dumping inappropriate materials will be fined $250.
