Annual Assessment $700 total or $350 per half First half is due in the office 1-31-23 at 5:00 pm Second half is due in the office 4-29-23 at 5:00pm Late penalty of $100.00 will apply when paying after the due dates. Gate cards will be deactivated on 5-3-23 for any owners who still owe for assessments.
Credit Card Payments A 4% fee will apply to all credit and debit card payments (effective 6.19.19). Cash is not accepted. Other forms of payment taken are: check, money order and cashier check.
Golf Cart Registration All golf carts must be registered annually. All non-functioning golf carts must either be registered or removed from the property. The registration fee is $25.00 annually. The golf cart rules have been in effect since January 16, 2016. Penalties will be imposed for all unregistered golf carts, whether operable or not.
To register a golf cart for the first time, it must be brought to the park office for inspection, have a Cedar Blue and current year sticker applied, and a registration form signed. The golf cart must have the lot numbers on the front and back.
If the annual fee is paid on a cart but it has not been fully registered, as above, a fine will be applied.
Once the cart is registered, an annual registration fee must be paid and a current year sticker obtained from the park office and applied to the cart.
Replacement cards are $50.00. Lost cards are deactivated.
